What does the platform tier actually cover?

One price gives every user on your organization access to every product built on Jokoor. That includes Books, Appointments, Hotel, Payroll, POS, and Garage. As we ship new apps, you get them at no extra cost.

Why are Pay and SMS priced separately?

Pay and SMS have real per-transaction costs on our side (mobile money settlement, telecom SMS routing) so charging them by usage is the only fair model. There is no monthly fee, you only pay for what you use.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from inside the app. Your data stays intact and any change takes effect immediately.

What happens if I hit a limit?

You get a warning before you hit the cap. Once reached you can still view existing data, you just cannot create new records in that app until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, contact sales for an annual quote. Enterprise plans are always custom priced.
