When do I get my money?

Mobile wallet payments (Wave, AfriMoney, QMoney) settle instantly. Card payments settle the next business day (T+1).

Are there any setup fees?

No. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, no annual contracts. You only pay per transaction.

Why is mobile wallet pricing "0% markup"?

We pass the wallet provider cost through to you exactly as we receive it. Jokoor adds nothing on top of what Wave, AfriMoney, or QMoney charge.

What does the 6% on cards cover?

Visa and Mastercard acquirer fees, our international processor, currency conversion, and settlement into your Gambian account. One flat rate, all-inclusive, disclosed before you go live.
